Dominique Anato and Family

The Knights of Columbus Family of Man Council is proud to announce that the Dominique Anato family as the Family of the Month for December 2018.

The Anato family just welcomed their second son Jayden.

Dominique became a Knight in 2009 when he was introduced to the Knights by another Brother who was a Priest at St Mary of Sorrows at Fairfax.

He and his family moved to Reston in 2008. Soon thereafter the Anato family found St John Neumann and knew it was the right place to be and have attended ever since.

December 2, 2018 Charity Breakfast

Our December Charity Breakfast is this Sunday, December 2, between the end of the 7:30 AM Mass and the start of the 11:30 AM Mass in the Brown-McCarthy Auditorium. Our charity this month is the Franciscan Works Liberia Mission. The Liberia Mission, began in 2003 after a terrible 13 year long civil war that totally wrecked the country. It is located in the West Africa country of Liberia. The Mission is a community of love, learning, work and prayer.

Knights provide Coats for Kids in Camden, NJ

The Family of Man Council provided 72 winter coats for the student of Holy Name School in Camden New Jersey. Here are some pictures of the students receiving their Winter Coats. The Knights regularly collect donations at their social events to support charities such as Coats for Kids! You can see very grateful, warm, and stylish young students. Great work guys!

Five members of Family of Man Council Knighted to Fourth Degree, 27 Oct 2018

On Saturday, October 27, Elizabeth Bayley Seton Assembly #1781 as well as other 4th Degree Assemblies conducted the Fourth Degree Exemplification Ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Dulles. Five members of the Family of Man Council were knighted to the 4th degrees at this Ceremony: Sir Knights Michael Swiger, Joe Samonte, Jeff Loss, John Seo, and PGK Mike Wells. GK Chris Gallagher and PGK Bob Balog attended the ceremony to honor the newly knighted 4th degrees.
