The Family of Man Council celebrated its annual Officer Installation and Past Grand Knight Appreciation Dinner on Thursday, July 24, 2025. The event marked the beginning of the 2025–2026 Fraternal Year, with District Deputy Bill Cormier officiating the installation ceremony for the newly elected officers.
This year’s celebration was particularly special as it commemorated the 45th anniversary of the Council. In honor of the milestone, several Past Grand Knights were in attendance, including the Council’s founding Grand Knight, Jerry Foster. We were proud to capture a memorable group photo of these dedicated leaders who have helped shape the legacy of our Council.
Following the installation, attendees enjoyed a delicious dinner generously prepared by PGK Dave Donnelly, whose culinary efforts added a warm and personal touch to the evening.
The Council also took the opportunity to recognize Mike Swiger for his twelve years of dedicated service as Financial Secretary. Mike’s commitment and leadership have been instrumental to the Council’s success. We welcome Keith George as he assumes the role of Financial Secretary, continuing the tradition of strong and faithful service.
We extend our gratitude to all who attended and helped make the evening a meaningful celebration of service, leadership, and fraternity.
