KofC Charity Breakfast January 2, 2022

The Family of Man Council of the Knights of Columbus will host our first Charity Breakfast of 2022 on Sunday, January 2, 2022. Breakfast will be served in the Brown-McCarthy Auditorium at St John Neumann Parish starting after the 7:30 AM Mass until the start of the 11:30 AM Mass.

Traditionally we dedicate the January proceeds from your Free Will breakfast donations to Pro-Life organizations. Our designated charities for January are the MaRiH Center and Pro-Life activities at the Basilica of Saint Mary, Arlington, VA.

The MaRiH Center (pronounced “Ma-rye-ah”), in existence for over 45 years, is a confidential, judgment-free, no-pressure, open-hearted place to serve pregnant women and their children, to give options especially for women in crisis. All services are free and confidential. For more information, please go to https://marih.org.

The mission of the pro-life activities at the Basilica of Saint Mary is “To promote a respect for life from womb to tomb; engaging in events such as March for Life, monthly Holy Hour for Life, praying the rosary as a witness to Life at local abortion clinics, Life Chain, donation drives to support crisis pregnancies, and Spring and Fall campaigns of 40 Days for Life.” More information is available at https://stmaryoldtown.org/apostolate/pro-life-activities.

Please join your fellow parishioners for a delicious breakfast and assist these worthy programs.
