Family of Man Council Holds Charity Fundraising Breakfast for A Best Choice

The Family of Man Council of the Knights of Columbus held their first monthly charity breakfast of 2023 on Sunday, January 8. The proceeds from breakfast will go to A Best Choice Mobile Ultrasound and Pregnancy Resource Center. A Best Choice is the only mobile ultrasound and pregnancy resource center in Northern Virginia, offering free pregnancy tests and limited ultrasound. Ultrasound allows a woman to bond with her baby early on, and 8 out of 10 abortion-minded women choose life after seeing their baby on ultrasound.

Angela Clark, Chief Executive Officer of A Best Choice, spoke to the breakfast attendees, thanking them for their support. In addition, she credited the Knights of Columbus for their role in helping fund the purchase of their ultrasound machine. The mobile ultrasound vehicle was on display in the parking lot. Bishop Burbidge blessed the vehicle in August 2022.
